Customer Service Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of customer service executive, include of training and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards.
  • Handle complex customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Conduct onboarding and regular training sessions to ensure the team stay updated on products and services.
  • Work closely with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven 4 years experience in customer service with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in at least one Asian language is required, as this role involves direct communication with clients and partners in Asia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
