Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of customer service executive, include of training and performance monitoring.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards.
- Handle complex customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct onboarding and regular training sessions to ensure the team stay updated on products and services.
- Work closely with other departments to address customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven 4 years experience in customer service with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in at least one Asian language is required, as this role involves direct communication with clients and partners in Asia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
