Job Scope
- Handling system technical support.
- Assist in the system enhancement.
- Identify and document user requirements and issues.
- Ownership of all issues that are raised, through to closure regardless of which development team ultimately resolves the issue
- Maintain a knowledge base of known defects, issues, process, techniques etc. Update and manage problem tickets appropriately.
- Conduct application testing, support client application testing, and collect and summarise test results.
- Manage client communications, team communications, web reports, and other documents that may be required.
- Involve in database query for issue investigation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in at least one Asian language is required, as this role involves direct communication with clients and partners in Asia.
- Strong analysis, research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
- Comfortable working directly with end users
- Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends, public holidays and different time zones.
- Experience with some programming languages (HTML, JAVA, SQL).
- Experience with software testing skills (blackbox testing).
- Experience with Spring framework
