Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide end to end user guidance to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain a records of customer in the systems.
  • Report recurring issues to the technical support team for further action.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and improve service quality.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven 1 year of experience in customer service or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution ability.
  • Proficiency in at least one Asian language is required, as this role involves direct communication with clients and partners in Asia.
