Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide end to end user guidance to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain a records of customer in the systems.
- Report recurring issues to the technical support team for further action.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and improve service quality.
- Follow up on customer feedback and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven 1 year of experience in customer service or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution ability.
- Proficiency in at least one Asian language is required, as this role involves direct communication with clients and partners in Asia.
